چكيده لاتين :
International alliance allows firms to transfer or enhance competitive advantage while augmenting their organizational resources and competencies with those of a partner. Among other well-documented and widely recognized benefits derived from international alliance, the close interaction of international alliance partners and the alliance allow for the sharing and development of knowledge resources, a learning activity defined here as learning process. This research seeks to understand this relatively unnoticed and unexplored yet potentially valuable area of IJV management. First, what factors affect the successful of alliance between domestic companies to foreign company? Second, do have relation between this factors and learning in the international alliance? Research method used in research is survey. Of the 150 survey packages sent out, 105 of this questionnaire analyzed. To analyze data we use spearman correlation. The results of research show that the conditions which influence an international alliance success have been identified as: partner choice, motivation for forming the international alliance, control and influence over the international alliance activities and international alliance experience and expectations of managers about alliances. These factors affect on learning in international alliance.
