Theoretical Introduction On Relationship Between National Identity And National Security In Iran

Recent mutations & changes of international society under cntext of globalization with expanding concepts like citizenship rights and its effect on internal invironment of Iranian society, conceptualize nessecity of representing a comprehensive theoretical framework to understand the national security of Iran. Due to that this written is to critisise usual & traditional theories on analyzing national security of Iran, aimes at providing theoretical framework on the basis of four dimensions relation of security interactions on the basic of national culture. On this theoretical pattern, or describing the concept changing process and state role according to neo webberian sociology,on one hand society will be analyzed on the basis of internal interactions (the first dimension of national security) and respective role of that in framing the state (second dimension of national security), on the other hand unlike the option of ideolists state will not the only tool for society, rather while impressionability from society, it will have relatively independent role from society. Therefore internal relations of state ( third dimension of national security) and ability of state to affect on society and its recostructivity (fourth dimension of national security) will be surveyed. This written thought while providing the mentioned theoretical pattern, is that framing four mentioned dimensions of nationa security includes: internal dimemensions of society, society/ state, interstate and state / society need to define the basics of national cultures and national identity roots and improving them. So in the first section of that we will consider the critisising of usual and traditional theories on national security and presenting their unability at analyzing national security and then will present substitute theoretical pattern on analyzing Iranian national security, findings of this research shows that suggested pattern will provide more capability to understand national security factors and threatening factors.
