WebQUAL Model: An Instrument for Assessing the Websitesʹ information services Quality: A Conceptual Model Development.

In our competitive society of today and in order to keep sustainable development through the information centers and companiesʹ websites and more audience satisfaction as well, we have to assess the quality of the websitesʹ information services from the perspective of the users. In order to understand usersʹ expectations and perceptions about web sitesʹ information quality services, one of the suitable methods is based on the usersʹ feedbacks named WebQUAL. It is an instrument for assessing the quality of websitesʹ information services from the usersʹ point of view, include for dimensions- Usefulness, Ease of use, Entertainment, Complimentary Relationship- 12 constructions and 35 items in which every construct was evaluated at the 7 level score from strongly disagree to the strongly agree. A conceptual model for the improvement of the quality of information services in websites is developed.
