چكيده لاتين :
This article tries to Investigate the Relationship between Organizational Culture and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), (Case Study).In this paper, the above-mentioned research splits into two parts. First, issues ragarding organizational culture and organizational culture management are discussed, then the effects of organizational culture on corporate social responsibility are surveyed .The questionnaires list regarding organizational culture derivated from Barn and Grinbergʹs model and the questionnairs list regarding corporate social responsibility derivated from Denisonʹs model and the necessary corrections have been made based on interviews with professors and some experts. The main effective criteria are achieved by exploratory studies and interviews with experts. A Questionnaire designed and distributed among a random sample of customers. Some related hypothesises are tested and the results have been discussed. The finding of this study shows that organizational culture has an important effect on organization climate and corporate social responsibility and there is a positive correlation between organization culture and corporate social responsibility (P<%5). Hence, mental Model of employees is the most effective factor in corporate social responsibility.
