چكيده لاتين :
Decision making is one of the managerial tasks. Best managers make their decisions and judge based on real data and information. Therefore analysis and judgment capability is essential for good management. Supervision, evaluation and decision making about organizational unitsʹ performance are some of the managerial duties. This issue is important and attractive for managers and so organizations always try to apply strong analytical methods in this field. This research has proposed a procedure to evaluate organizational performance, using multi-criteria decision making methods and a case has been presented.
