Pathology of Specialized Doctorate Degree Curricula with Emphasis on Economic Development

With a general look at higher education in Iran, this article studies the subject of scientific development and all its relevant processes, including holding specialized doctorate curricula. In this article, the mentioned curricula are highlighted as a subsection of Iranʹs economic development. Thus all of the pertinent interactions should be looked through similar perspective. The history of higher education has also been reviewed and specialty doctorate curricula are pathologically studied. The ideal objectives of the curricula are classified in 8 categories. Finally, emphasis is put on reinforcing non-governmental universities as a means to create competition for specialty doctorate curricula.
