چكيده لاتين :
In recent decades the need of human being to growth and development has resulted into governing of competition culture on economic, political and social situations and in turn, this has caused to special attention to creating and innovation, as it has become the inseparable part of the direction of societies and in lower levels, in organizational environments. So, social scientists, unlike (contrary to) economists thoughts, believes that the reason of going down the economic growth occurs not only due to shortage of capital and financial sources but also by lacking of creativity and innovation that shadows on organizations in some societies. Innovation and creativity are not two synonym concepts, creativity is a thought and idea, where as innovation exploits that idea or thoughts. Organization are the fundamental/basic element affect economical and social procedures of societies and also are important areas in emerging creativities and innovations is a procedure challenges the current situation and its maintenance and protection by new thinking and looking at the content of procedures and changing in three elements technology, environment and organization. Innovation is definable and applicable in various areas such as development in production and distribution procedure, management methods, style of doing tasks organizational relations and in general, in all human activities.
