In this field, the present paper introduced the different forms of governments supporting from research and development and ranked the supporting methods from research and development in Yd industrial and newly industrialized countries by analyzing and evaluation of results and effects from above supportings on research and development index. Also, it indicates the most effect of research and development supporting policies on R & D index in analyzing process.
