The existence of organization, expansion and changing are specialties of mankind culture and civilization. In present era that effect of organization and communication technologies are so much in efficiency and function of organizations. So subjects like review in organization structure and human resources management are important. In other words, organizations are changing and IT revolution effected on planning, organizing, leading, staffing and human resources managing. This research examines the effect of IT in changing organization structure, till present a model for facility in this changing. In addition of determining appropriate technologies, challenging, desired human resources management in form of models.
