In this article, we are going to investigate the relationship among quality of work life and emotional intelligence with productivity. The statistical society is employees of insurance companies in Tehran and a sample size consisting 300 of them is randomly selected. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Emotional intelligence is measured by Schutte et al. test, and quality of work life and productivity are measured by researcher-designed questionnaires with 29 and 22 questions and Cronbach Alpha is used to estimate reliability of elements. Based on the results, total reliability coefficient of the productivity questionnaire was 81%, reliability coefficient of the total quality of work life questionnaire was 86% and emotional intelligence test reliability coefficient is equal to 80%. Pearsonʹs coefficient of contingency and stepwise regression are used for data analysis. Results show that with 1% of significance level, quality of work life and emotional intelligence and their dimensions has significant relationship with productivity and at 1% significance level, quality of work life and charity, had highest and lowest of the regression effect on productivity, respectively.
