Temperature and Precipitation Changes in Iran with Strategies of development Education Sustainable Development in Iran

Simultaneous change paradigm of development from classic to new development, sustainable development and environmental issues is being fundamental in development. In this situation, fundamental problem is an environmental aware and knowledge of public. Therefore to solution this problem, International organizations including UNESCI are to make these finding operational, from 2005 to 2074. The period has been called UN decade of education for sustainable development (DESD) whose main aim is integrating durable values and sustainable development in all learning aspects. This article is part of project "A brief final report of analysis project of I.R. Iranʹs socio-cultural and environmental policies and programs in the fourth development plan, with regard to the aims of the executive program of UN decade of education for sustainable development (2005-2014)". In relation to preparing ESD strategic plan in I.R. of Iranʹs developmental plans, especially the fourth plan, the following analysis frameworks was compiled and designed by 60 professors and experienced experts and SWOT was used to analyze the problem. Conclusion show that fundamental strategies is a Offensive Strategies as strategic package that with spatial time plan must interested from NGOs and people.
