Pattern of the Relationship between the Factors Influencing Effective Use of IT in SMEs in Iran; A Delphi Application

the presentstudy presents the result of the investigation made in to the key factors ifluencing the effective use of Information technology in Iranian smau to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) management through eas to mers satisfaction using Dephi method a blef explanation about It isgiven fllowed by discassion concerning the importance of SMEs in the world and in Iran a review of literature is offered the research method delphi in particular is explained and the outcome are diescrubed and analyzed Delphi partel members had identifid 17factors as being decisive IT should be noted that eight factors had been identified previously inearlier literature the remainig factors identified by the panel members were cutehorized in to four groups Research constraints as well as suggestions are offered .
