With the rise of Ideology in Iranʹs contemporary times, the political development appeared fluctuationaly during 1941 to 1953. The hypothesis is theoretically explained by presenting macro - micro integration theoretical frame, in which structure, interaction system and action are attended by the model of deductive - nomological explanation.Ideology regarded as a mental knowledge takes the patrimonial functional interaction system, which believes in obedience of actor, towards the independent interaction system. The rise of the interaction system, which can sometimes act as helper to the rise of political development components and sometimes as a helper to its set.
Based upon theoretical analysis, fluctuation of the political development, during 1941 to 1953, was under influenced by the political structure of Iran before interference of new thoughts (Patrimonialist) and also the formation of independent interaction system and the rise of suitable and unsuitable emergent effects, social - economical conditions, and appearance of Ideology in forming the political power or political interaction system.
