Correlation and Regression Analysis of dimensions affecting Agricultural Students (Islamic Azad University, Garmsar branch) to Working in Rural Area

Rural areas is the main environment that agricultural student must be educated for it. Therefore, for effectiveness of higher education system practices must be analyzing factors that affected on attitude of agricultural students to working in rural areas.The purpose of this research is to analysis the attitude of agricultural students to work in mral areas that is Correlation and Regression Analysis of dimensions affecting Agricultural Students. The research method is correlative-descriptive and factor analysis. Population and sample were estimated (N= 355, n=75). The main results of the study revealed that there is significant and positive relationship between content of educated subject, government supports, interest to doing, value for riwal areas with attitude of agricultural students to work in rural areas. Regression findings show that the independent variables like interest to doing, experience in agriculture, value for mral areas, and government supports may well explain for 48% changes (R2=.48) in level of attitude of agricultural students to work in rural areas.
