A compilation of a math pattern for productivity based on Organizational commitment in Tehran high schools

The purpose of the present research was to investigate the relationship between organizational commitment and productivity in order to provide an appropriate model for management. The research population of the study included all managers and teachers who worked in the high schools of Tehran. Using the stratified random sampling, 142 managers and 426 teachers were chosen. The assessment tools were the self-designed questionnaires of productivity and Allen and Meyers, questionnaire of organizational commitment. The result of the multi-variation regression showed that there was a relationship between organizational commitment and productivity. The math pattern for productivity based on organizational commitment is as follows:Productivity =0.53 x emotional commitment + (75.117)
