چكيده لاتين :
Brassica napus L. a member of "Brassicaceae" family and of "Brassica" Genus, is a rape seed.This agriculture plant has economical importance and is used as industrial and food oil .Seeds of Brassica were cultured in hydroponic environment. Roots and shoots used for evaluation of different treatments: Cu, Cu & AsA, Cu & GA3 and Cu & AsA & GA3. In this approach the effect of different amount of Cu (5, 15, 25 jimol), AsA (0.5mmol) and GA3 (0.05mmol) on peroxidase and catalase activity in two cultivars of Brassica napus (Hyola 401 and RGS) was been investigated .In all "Cu treated" plants, enzymatic activity of peroxidase and catalase in shoots and roots was increased (P< 0.05).This increase in root was significant than shoots .This increase in Hyola 401 was more typical than RGS cultivar. The"Cu" effects are decreased by the "Cu and GA3 "treatment. In the "Cu and AsA " treatment enzymatic activity decreased(P<0.05).In the "Cu and AsA and GA3 " treatment enzymatic activity decreascd.but not to level of previous treatment Generally, it can be resulted that the "Cu" tolerance of Hyola 401 cultivar is more than RGS .Sci.Res.BioJ.of.
