In this investigation, the physiology effects of the different concentration of NaCl (0,50,100,150mM) during 30 days salinity treatment, on the growth parameters and protein content in soya bean ( Glycine max L.) were studied. After 30 days, the length, dry weight, and fresh weight of roots and shoots, and biochemical growth parameters, content of soluble and insoluble sugers, protein soluble, DNA content, electrophresis on the gel agarose were studied. On the basis of obtained results, length of roots and shoot, dry and fresh weight and leaves area of leaves were significantly decreased.
By increase of NaCl concentration, the amount of soluble sugers in shoots and roots were decreased. Whereas insoluble sugers and protein content were increased.
Extraction DNA by CTAB Method, DNA electrophores on the gel agarose and DNA spectrophotometer showed that the high concentration of NaCl, decreased the total DNA .
