The History of Parliament and Canonization in Iran/ a Conference by Dr. M. Ettehadiya, Dr. Kazimbeigi and Dr. Torabi

It is a clear and determined fact that Iran enjoyed a certain historical precedence in parliament constitution and legislation affairs. Russiaʹs first inauguration of parliament (Duma) happened just a year before (1905) and Ottomanʹs similar experience was a matter of simultaneity (1906-7). This historical presidency is important and worth of substantial scholarly attention. Regarding a rather shortcoming in this field, this conference aimed to put forward some new lines of inquiry and propose new approaches
