A Classic Politician

Ali Amini is among the distinguished politicians throughout the Pahlavid era. He should be ranged among those influential figures in the contemporary history of Iran especially during the years 1320-1358 A. H. Sh. Amini was an experienced politician who enjoyed a full career in a variation posts differed from Ministerial assistance to Prime Minister. He skillfully hold his strong and intimate relations with the court, politicians of different rank and generation, military men, men of religion. He was an astute politician who developed some links with Shahʹs opponents too. These opponents despite their distrust and doubtful mind, preferred to exploit his influence and recognize his political attitude as a matter of semi-independence toward Shah. The article would try to review a recent study of Aminiʹs ""5 Career under the title "Flight on the Crisis" (Bar Baal-e Bohran).
