A Survey on the Relationship between Performance of Investment Companies and Liquidity and Profitability ratios and Dividend Per Share in Tehran Stock Exchange

One of the characteristics of Capital Market is the existence of various Stock with different Risk and Return, that investors with the consideration of Risk- acceptance rare of themselves, exchange Stock. It can be said that invetment companies with making varions portfolio have ability to distribute and decrease the Risk and also, it can be said that we can have evaluation of portfolioʹs performance, as a control and Return of latest stage of investmentʹs management that is vary effective for companies and investors. In this research, That has been done for the purpose of "the study of relation between performance and portfolio output of investment companies with rank of paid in liquidity, ratios of making profitability, and their dividing profit in the stock exchange of Tehran", there have been used from statistics and information of all investment campanis that had been active in the stock exchange of Tehran during 5- years period of (1380- 1384). The analysis and test of the hypothesis have been done with use of spss software and there have been used from sharp indicator and trynor for assessment of performance of companies. The results of search represent the effect of liquidity rank on performance of investment companies, according to Sharp Index in the whole of research period and that profitability and dividend have no effect on the performance of investment companies, that also in consideration of the linear relationship between portfolioʹs return of investment companies with liquidity and profit-making and dividend. We reached to the above conclusion.
