    The increasing rate of competition and unrespectable .5 changes in todayʹs business world, make the organiza- & tions become as agile as possible, to exploit the best £ opportunities in obtaining the success of their organiza- o tional goals. This capability helps them explore, adapt u and report unanticipated changes, in order to get a bet- £ ter place in the competitive market, by improving the < time cycle for managerial actions as rapidly as possible. Agility is a set of capabilities and competencies that an organization needs to thrive and prosper in a contin¬uously changing, unpredictable business environment. This paper first suggested a model for organizational agility and, then, evaluated the model by Principal Com¬ponent Analysis (PCA).The final model contains differ¬ent dimensions, which are: speed, responsiveness, flexi¬bility, competency extension, improvement of products & services, and enriching the customer.
