Foreigners and their Position in Internal Law of Iran

Foreigners are those who live in a land where they are not the nationals of that country. The purpose of studying the position of foreigners is to know what kinds of rights do the foreigners enjoy and what rights they may have the same or different from that country people. In this respect, in the present era, some rules specific to foreigners have been enacted in national legislation of all the countries in the world to specify the rights, privations and limitations of the foreign person in cases like: immigration, tourism, job duties and so on. But from the legal point of view, the foreigner is one who has not the nationality of Iran. Meanwhile, it includes those who are the national of nowhere and the present discussion studies the position of foreign real persons according to legislation and rules in force.
