Reaching the best exploitation is the main goal of every organization. Those groups of organizations, which have realized the importance role of human resources on improving the exploitation, know the value of the power of ready and obligated work force. Thus, they dedicate important sources and abundant energies of management to create an environment in which the staff would participate in improving the operation with their utmost potential, recognition, emotional, and behavioral power.
Increasing creativity in organizations can result in promoting the quantity and quality of the services, decreasing the charges, preventing the waste of resources, decreasing bureaucracy and increasing efficiency, exploitation and establishing motivation in the staffs job satisfaction.
Nurturing creativity and along with the Product of this process namely invention, in the savings results in promoting the level of impression and efficiency of the staff. And based on the process of creative dissolving of the problem in the ideal condition (reality finding, idea finding and solution finding) the organization can accompany with the entering changes to the system and reach the goal of more exploitation. Thus, the present article looks for studying creativity and invention, recognizing the themes of providing creativity and invention and also its obstacles in organization, through descriptive method and librarian tool.
