The Effective Methods for the Prevention of Staffs Band Bribe Taking

The aim of the present article is to investigate the effective methods of prevention in band bribe taking throughout the personnel of F.A.A in Lorestan from the view point of the experts of HAFA and SAHAFANAJA in this province since 1381 until 1387, according which three independent variables including, penal prevention, social prevention and situational prevention has been studied and at first the theoretical basics has been collected from different sources and then the research model has been planned based on that our research population includes the active experts in research which according to Cokaran formula a simple of 53 bodies have been chosen. Then, the operation of collecting the information was done through questionnaires with Likert spectrum and the data were analyzed using the explanatory statistics (with the test of K- square). The three assumptions of the research, social prevention with 90/6, penal prevention with 84/9, and situational prevention with 79/2 point were confirmed respectively. It means that there is a meaningful relationship between exerting the social, penal and situational and prevention methods and prevention of band bribe taking. At the end, with due attention to the outcome results, the applicable suggestion has been presented to prevent the above mentioned crime.
