موانع عمده توسعه پژوهش محوري در واحدهاي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي استان كرمان

The Study of Main Obstacles of Research – Based Development in Branches of Kerman Provinces Islamic Azad University

پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسي موانع عمده توسعه پژوهش‌محوري در واحدهاي دانشگاهي، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي استان كرمان انجام شد. به اين منظور نمونه‌اي به حجم 250 نفر از اعضاي هيات علمي (170 مرد و 80 زن) و نمونه‌اي به حجم 380 دانشجو (200 دختر و 180 پسر) از واحدهاي مختلف منطقه 7 دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي به‌طور تصادفي انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از پرسشنامه 29 ماده‌اي كه به همين منظور طراحي شده بود، مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. نتايج حاصل از بررسي نشان داد كه از نظر اعضاي هيات علمي واحدهاي دانشگاهي مورد مطالعه به ترتيب: 1ـ موانع اجتماعي و فرهنگي (75/67 درصد)، 2ـ كمبود امكانات اقتصادي و مالي (5/67 درصد)، 3ـ موانع اجرايي و اداري (75/56 درصد) مهمترين موانع توسعه پژوهش‌محوري در واحدهاي دانشگاهي هستند. از نظر دانشجويان مهمترين موانع توسعه پژوهش‌محوري در واحدهاي دانشگاهي عبارت بودند از: 1ـ كمبود امكانات اقتصادي و مالي (10/84 درصد) 2ـ موانع اجرايي و اداري (35/59 درصد) 3ـ موانع اجتماعي و فرهنگي (55/54 درصد). در اين بررسي همچنين مشخص شد كه عوامل مربوط به اعضاي هيات علمي از نظر دانشجويان و اعضاي هيات علمي به ترتيب 5/39 درصد و 37 درصد به‌عنوان مانعي جدي در مسير توسعه پژوهش‌محوري واحدهاي دانشگاهي به حساب نمي‌آيند. اين يافته‌ها با يافته‌هاي بررسي‌هاي ديگر مربوط به موانع توسعه پژوهش‌محوري همخواني نسبي دارند.

The present research was done to study the main obstacles of research – based developments in the branches of Kerman province Islamic Azad University. For this purpose a sample of people of faculty’s members ( men and women) and a sample of people ( female students and male students) of district s different branches of the region of Islamic Azad university were selected at random and evaluated by use the of a articled questionnaire which had been planned for this very purpose. Study s results indicated that from point the of view of members of faculty. the most significant obstacles of research-based development in branches are as the follos manner: Social and cultural obstacles . Shortage of economic and financial abilities . Executive and administrative obstacles .From students point of view the most significant obstacles of research– based development in the branches are as follows: Shortage of economic and financial potential . Executive and administrative obstacles . Social and cultural obstacles . This study also revealed that the agents related to faculty s members from students point of view and faculty members (respectively and ) are not considered as a serious obstacle for of branches research-based development. These findings relatively conform to the findings of other studies related to the research- based development’s obstacles.
