بررسي رابطه مشاركت دبيران در تصميم گيري ها و عملكرد مديران راهنمايي و متوسطه مراغه

Relationship between Participation of Teachers In Dicision-Making and Performance of Managers

اين تحقيق به‌منظور تعيين رابطه ميزان مشاركت دبيران در تصميم‌گيري‌ها با عملكرد مديران مدارس انجام گرفته است، جامعه مورد مطالعه كليه مديران و دبيران راهنمايي و دبيرستان مراغه در سال 1383 است. حجم نمونه بر اساس اصول علمي و فرمول تعيين حجم نمونه، 40 مدير و 200 دبير بوده كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي انتخاب شده‌اند. براي بررسي فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش از دو ابزار زير استفاده شده است: الف) پرسشنامه سنجش ميزان مشاركت دبيران با 45 پرسش پنج‌گزينه‌اي، ب) پرسشنامه عملكرد مديران با 15 سوال پنج‌گزينه‌اي. براي تحليل نتايج آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي (آزمون معناداري همبستگي ) به كار بسته شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان داده است بين ميزان مشاركت دبيران در تصميم‌گيري‌ها و متغيرهاي عملكرد مدير، ثبات معلمان، كارايي مدرسه، رضايت و انگيزش شغلي معلمان رابطه معناداري وجود دارد.

The purpose of the research is to determine relationship between the participation of teachers and the performance of managers. Population of the study was all of the managers and teachers of high schools and guidance schools in , the sample of statistics was managers and teachers, which were used through probability grouping. To investigate the hypothesis of the research the following tools: a questionnaire for evaluating participation of teachered which contains questions with choices. a questionnaire of managers performance which contains questions with choices. Correlation coefficient was used to analyze the conclusion of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The study indicated that there is a significant relationship between the rate of teachers participation in decision making and variables such as managers performance and teachers stability, schools efficiency, teachers motivation and satisfaction.
