در آمدي بر استناد به قرآن كريم در علم اصول

علم اصول دانشي گرانسنگ و در خدمت فهم متون ديني است؛ اما از سوي ديگر اين دانش اعتبار و حجيت خود را وامدار قرآن كريم مي باشد. آيات قرآن، در اعتبار بخشي و حجيت اين دانش، از نقش و تأثيري ويژه برخوردار مي باشند. اين نقش را بايد در قالب مبناسازي ملاحظه نمود كه «آيات الاصول»، تجلي اين مبناسازي به حساب مي آيند. بررسي به عمل آمده نشان مي دهد كه به رغم اهميت شناسايي، گرد آوري و تحليل اين بخش از آيات، تا كنون پژوهش فراگير و جامعي در اين خصوص انجام نپذيرفته است. افزون بر آن، تأمل در اين حوزه اين نتيجه را بدست مي دهد كه استفاده از آيات اصولي در بستر تاريخ اسلام از روندي رو به رشد برخوردار نبوده است. اين مقاله ضمن ارائة تاريخچه‌اي از بهره مندي عالمان اصولي از قرآن كريم در مقام استناد و استدلال، كارآمدي رهنمودهاي قرآني را در مورد اصالة البرائه به عنوان نمونه نشان خواهد داد.

Methodology of Islamic principles (‘ilm al-usul) is a dignified science serving to understand religious texts; on the other hand, however, this science is indebted to Holy Qur’an for its credibility and authority. The Qur’anic verses play a special role in validating and authorizing this science. This role is to be viewed in terms of foundation-laying, as ayat al- usul (verses of principles) are considered as manifestation of this foundation-laying. The studies indicate that despite the importance of identifying, gathering, and analyzing this category of verses, no inclusive and comprehensive research has so far been done in this respect. Besides, deliberation in this field brings about the conclusion that utilization of verses of principles has not enjoyed an increasing trend in the course of Islamic history. While presenting a brief history of the usuli scholarsʹ utilization of the Qur’an in their adducing and arguments, this article would display as an example the efficiency of the Qur’anic guidance concerning the principality of exemption (isalat al-bira’a).
