حكم اهانت به مريم مقدس در شريعت مسيحيت

اهانت به شخصيّت هاي مقدس هر يك از اديان الهي، از جانب پيروان دين ديگر گفتگوي اديان را به بن بست مي كشاند. ولي احترام و تكريم آنان زمينه را براي برقراري ارتباط، تقريب اديان و تفاهم در راه شناخت حق فراهم مي آورد و آثار مثبت و سازنده¬اي دارد. آگاهي از احكام اديان الهي در مسئلة توهين به شخصيّت هاي مقدس، از رويارويي و تقابل پيروان اديان مي¬كاهد و آنان را از توهين به مقدسات يكديگر باز مي دارد. اين پژوهش فقهي درصدد است بر اساس مدارك و منابع معتبر شرعي مسيحيت، حكم اهانت به مريم مقدس را به دست آورد. از اين¬رو نخست منابع اصلي پذيرفته شده از جانب مذاهب مسيحي شناسايي و معرفي شده و سپس فضايل مريم مقدس از درون كتاب و سنت مسيحي و آراي پاپ استخراج گرديده و در نهايت حكم و جزاي توهين به اين شخصيّت بي نظير مسيحيت استنباط و ارائه شده است.

Disrespect towards holy characters of any of the Revealed religions by the followers of another religion would drive dialogue among religions to a standoff; but showing respect and reverence to them would pave the ground for developing relations, approximation among religions, and empathy toward knowing the Truth, and would yield positive and constructive outcomes. Knowledge about the Revealed religionsʹ rulings for disrespect towards their holy characters would reduce confrontation and conflict between the advocates of religions and prevent them from profanity towards each otherʹs holy figures. This jurisprudential research tries to find out the ruling for disrespect to the Holy Mary according to credible legal sources of Christianity. Thus, first the main sources approved by Christian nominations are identified and introduced; and then the merits and virtues of the Holy Mary are extracted from the Christian Scripture and tradition and the Popeʹs opinions; and finally, the ruling and punishment for disrespect to this unique female character of Christianity is inferred and introduced.
