رابطه بين فضاي سازماني و بهره وري مديران در كميته امداد امام خميني(ره) و ارايه الگوي مناسب مديريتي

The Relationship between Organizational Climate and Productivity of the Managers in Emam Khomaini Emdad Committee in order to provide a suitable pattern for Management

چكيده هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسي رابطه بين فضاي سازماني با بهره وري مديران در كميته امداد امام خميني (ره) و ارايه الگوي مناسب مديريتي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل كليه مديران و كاركنان كميته امداد امام خميني(ره) است كه در استان تهران مشغول خدمت هستند. نمونه پژوهش مطابق جدول مورگان 154 مدير و به ازاء هر مدير، سه نفر كارمند كه جمعاً 420 نفر كارمند است، در نظر گرفته شده است كه به روش تصادفي چند مرحله اي انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه هاي فضاي سازماني ليتوين و استرينجر (1968) و بهره وري اسميت و همكاران (1998) مي باشد. نتايج حاصل از روش رگرسيون چند متغيري خطي نشان داد كه بين فضاي سازماني و بهره وري مديران رابطه وجود دارد .

The main objective of the present study is to find out the relationship between organizational climate and productivity of the managers in Emam Khomani Emdad Committee in order to determine a suitable pattern for the management. The research population of the study includes all managers and staffs of Emdad Commite of Tehran province. Using the Morgan Table and the stratified and cluster random sampling, 154 managers, and 420 staffs were chosen. Instruments for the study concluded the questionnaires of Lit win and Stringer (1968) and Smith and colleges (1998). The result of the analysis of the multi-variation regression showed that: There is a relationship between organizational climate and productivity of the managers.
