تبيين اثرات سرمايه‌ي فكري بر عملكرد مالي شركت هاي داروسازي با رويكرد فازي

Explanation of Intellectual Capital Effects on financial Performance in Pharmacy firms with fuzzy application

در عصر حاضر با رشد اقتصاد مبتني بر دانش يا دانش محور، دارايي هاي نامشهود شركت ها و سرمايه‌ي فكري آن ها كليدي براي دستيابي به مزيت رقابتي پايدار به شمار مي آيد. هدف از اجراي تحقيق حاضر، تبيين اثرات سرمايه‌ي فكري بر عملكرد مالي شركت هاست. بر اين اساس، پس از مروري جامع بر تحقيقات انجام گرفته مربوط به سرمايه‌ي فكري و عملكرد، اطلاعات لازم از جامعه‌ي آماري (شركت هاي داروسازي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران) استخراج شده است. جهت بررسي عملكرد، صورت هاي مالي شركت ها و به منظور سنجش سرمايه‌ي فكري، ابزار پرسشنامه با ضريب پايايي 96 درصد مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. سپس به استخراج مدل رگرسيوني تبيين كننده‌ي اثرات متغيّرهاي سه گانه‌ي مستقل سرمايه‌ي فكري(يعني سرمايه‌ي انساني، ارتباطي و ساختاري) بر عملكرد شركت هاي جامعه‌ي آماري پرداخته شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داده است، متغيّرهاي مستقل سرمايه‌ي انساني و ارتباطي هر كدام به ترتيب 494/0 و 544/0 بر عملكرد شركت ها اثرات مثبت داشته اند؛ درحالي كه متغيّر مستقل سرمايه‌ي ساختاري بر عملكرد شركت ها تاثير معناداري نداشته است.

In the present era of knowledge-based economy or knowledge based, intangible assets of companies and their intellectual capital are keys to achieve advantages of competitive constant. Present study is aimed at determining the effects of intellectual capital on the financial performance of firms. With this regard, following a comprehensive review of the literature related to intellectual capital and financial performance, necessary data was collected out of the statistical society pharmacy companies which were accepted in Tehranʹs stock of securities. To review performance, financial statements of companies and as to measure intellectual capital, questionnaires are used with 96% reliability coefficient. Then regression model extracted and explained the effects of triple variables of independent intellectual capital (i.e. human capital, communication and structure) on the statistical performance of companies. The results have shown independent variables of human capital and communication; respectively 0.4940 and 0.544 have had positive effects on corporate performance, while the independent variable of capital structure had no significant effect on corporate performance.
