The Relation Between Religion and Technology in Islamicization of Universities

چكيده هدف مقاله بررسي رابطه دين و فنّاوري در فرايند اسلامي شدن دانشگاه است. رابطة دين و فنّاوري در فرايند اسلامي شدن دانشگاه، از موضوعات مهمي است كه ذهن و ضمير كساني كه هم دغدغة دين و هم داعية پيشرفت و استفاده از فنّاوري را دارند به خود مشغول كرده است. در اين مقاله با هدف بررسي اين موضوع، پس از ارائه و انتخاب تعريفي از دين و فنّاوري،‌ اشاره‌اي به فلسفة فنّاوري كرده و سپس، نسبتهاي سه‌گانه (ابزارگرايي، استقلال‌گرايي، تعامل‌گرايي) ميان دين و فنّاوري را مرور مي‌كند. در ادامه با اشاره‌اي به تعارضات دين با فنّاوري در سه ناحية «پيش‌فرضها»، «گزاره‌ها» و «آثار و لوازم»، به نقد انديشة «فنّاوري به مثابة دين» مي‌پردازد. روش مقاله تحليل اسنادي است. يافته‌: در ادامه، مسئلة امكان يا وجود فنّاوري ديني را مطرح و در پايان با مروري تاريخي به سه دورة شيفتگي، شورش و تعامل ميان دين و فنّاوري، به اين نتيجه مي‌رسد كه دوران چهارم؛ يعني دوران اصلاح فنّاوري بر مبناي دين در راه است.

The main theme of the article is to analyze the relation between religion and technology in islamicization of universities. Relation between religion and technology has always been an important subject among those who have paid attention on both religion and development. In this research, we cast a cursory glance at the philosophy of technology and definitions of both religion and technology. The three relations (instrumentalism, independensy, cooperation) between religion and technology are also reviewed .Thepaper also discusses The differences between religion and technology in three aspects: "pre- hypotheses",ʹ[ʹpredicate" and ,feffects and Necessitiesʹʹ and at the end of the article criticizes the concept of "technology as religion". The method used in the paper is attributive analyses and findings of the research are as follow: the paper puts forward the possibility of "religious technology" and after pointing to three historical eras (age of preoccupation, age of sedition, and age of cooperation between religion and technology) concludes and anticipates the forth age as the age of reform and adaptation in technology based on religion.
