بررسي عوامل روانشناختي موثربرديدگاه متخصصان كشاورزي استان سمنان درباره كشاورزي پايدار

هدف: هدف اين پژوهش بررسي عوامل موثر برديدگاه متخصصان كشاورزي استان سمنان درخصوص ضرورت بكارگيري كشاورزي پايداربود. روش: پژوهش از نوع كاربردي است كه به روش علي- مقايسه اي انجام شد. جامعه آماري شامل كارشناسان كشاورزي شاغل دربخش اجراواعضاي هيئت علمي گروههاي كشاورزي دانشگاههاي استان سمنان بود. حجم نمونه به كمك فرمول كوكران 168 نفرمحاسبه وبراي انتخاب آنهاازروش تصادفي ساده استفاده شد.ابزار اصلي جمع آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه بود كه روايي آن براساس نظرات اساتيدكشاورزي وپايايي ابزار نيز با آزمون مقدماتي انجام و مقدار آلفا 89% شد.براي تحليل داده ها از آزمونهاي همبستگي ورگرسيون چند متغيره استفاده گرديد. نتايج:يافته ها نشان دادبين متغيرهاي توجه به علائق بهره برداران ،يادگيري جهت پايدارسازي كشاورزي،توجه به نيازهاي بهره برداران ونگرش مثبت به حفظ منابع طبيعي بامتغير نگرش متخصصان دررابطه باضرورت بكارگيري كشاورزي پايداردرسطح 95درصدرابطه معني داروجودداشت.اين رابطه براي متغيرهاي ميزان آگاهي ازتاثيركشاورزي متعارف بر تخريب محيط زيست ،آگاهي ازمزاياي كشاورزي پايداروتشويق بهره برداران به انجام كشت پايداربامتغيرنگرش متخصصان درخصوص ضرورت بكارگيري كشاورزي پايدار در سطح 99 درصدمعني داربود.نتايج تحليل رگرسيون نشان داد كه ازميان متغيرهاي مستقل،اولين متغيريعني ميزان آگاهي ازتاثيركشاورزي متعارف بر تخريب محيط زيست بيشترين دليل وضرورت روانشناسانه درضرورت بكارگيري توسعه پايداربود.پس از آن متغيرتشويق بهره برداران به انجام كشت پايداروسپس متغيرهاي آگاهي ازمزاياي كشاورزي پايدار،توجه به نيازهاي بهره برداران و يادگيري جهت پايدارسازي كشاورزي ،داراي بيشترين نقش بر متغير وابسته بودند كه 1/35 درصد از تغييرات متغير وابسته را تبيين نمودند.

The research which employs a casual-descriptive method aims at evaluating the effective psychological factors in agricultural specialists’ viewpoints on sustainable agriculture in Semnan province. The statistical population involved agricultural specialists and faculty members working in agriculture departments of Semnan universities, out of which 168 individuals were randomly selected using Cochran formula. The main tool in order to acquire the necessary data was a questionnaire that had been tested with regard to its validity and (alpha=89%). To analyze the data, correlation test and multiple regressions were employed. Findings indicate that considering the beneficiaries’ interests and needs, learning agricultural stabilization and conservation service and positive attitude toward conservation correlate significantly, positively to specialists’ attitude with regard to the necessity in the stabilization of the agriculture at the 95 percent level of significance. Moreover, awareness of the impact of conventional agriculture on environmental degradation, awareness of the benefits of sustainable agriculture and encouraging the beneficiaries to consider sustainable cultivation were found to correlate significantly, positively to specialists’ attitude with regard to the necessity in the stabilization of the agriculture at the 99 percent level of significance. The regression analysis also indicated that among from the independent variables, awareness of the impact of conventional agriculture on environmental degradation was the most important psychological reason in the necessity of applying the sustainable extension. What’s more, encouraging the beneficiaries to consider sustainable cultivation, awareness of the benefits of sustainable agriculture, considering the beneficiaries’ needs, learning agricultural stabilization and conservation service were found to have the highest impact on the independent variable explaining 35/1 percents of the changes concerning the dependant variable.
