اثر استفاده از سطوح مختلف كنجاله كلزا بر وزن اندامهاي داخلي و ترشح هورمونهاي غده تيروييددر طيور گوشتي

The effect of using different levels of rapeseed meal on internal organ weight and secretion of thyroid hormones in broilers

در اين تحقيق كنجاله كلزا در مقادير صفر ، 25 % ،50 % ،75 % و 100 % در جيره طيور گوشتي جايگزين كنجاله سويا شد. تعداد 500 قطعه جوجه يكروزه بصورت آزمايش فاكتوريل در قالب طرح كاملا تصادفي متعادل با 4 تكرار و 25 قطعه جوجه در هر تكرار بطور تصادفي در پن ها توزيع شدند. در پايان 8 هفته آزمايش از هر تكرار يك قطعه مرغ و يك قطعه خروس بطور تصادفي انتخاب و براي جدا كردن قلب، كبد و لوزالمعده كشتار گرديد. در هنگام كشتار يك نمونه از خون مرغها و خروسها براي تعيين ميزان T3 و T4 به آزمايشگاه ارسال گرديد. نتايج حاكي از اين بود كه مصرف كنجاله كلزا در سطوح مورد استفاده اثر معني داري بر ترشح هورمون T3 و T4 ، درصد وزن قلب و درصد وزن پانكراس نداشت. ولي با افزايش مصرف كنجاله كلزا در صد وزن كبد (05/0 > P) افزايش يافت. ولي باعث خونريزي در كبد نشد. اين تحقيق نشان داد كه جايگزيني 25 % كنجاله كلزا در دوره آغازين (3-0 هفتگي)، 50 % در دوره رشد (6-4 هفتگي) و 75 % در دوره پاياني (8-7 هفتگي) به جاي كنجاله سويا بدون اثرات نامطلوب بر جوجه هاي گوشتي امكان پذير است.

As rapeseed meal production is increasing in IRAN, this research is designed to investigate the possibility of replacing soybean meal with rapeseed meal as well as the anti nutrient effects of rapeseed meal in broiler diet. In this research rapeseed meal in five different levels 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% was used in the ration of broilers in place of soybean meal. The study was conducted on 500 one-day old chicks by completely randomized design (CRD) with 2x5 factorial arrangement and 4 replicates and 25 birds in each replicate. The birds were fed with experimental diet for 8 weeks. At the end of eight weeks, one male and one female bird were randomly selected from each replicate and slaughtered and the heart, liver, and pancreas were taken for examination. While slaughtering a sample of their blood was also collected to measure the level of T3 and T4 hormones. The results showed that the use of rapeseed meal didnʹt have a significant effect on secretion of T3 and T4 hormones, heart weight, and pancreas weight percentage. With the increase in consumption of rapeseed meal the liver weight percent was increased significantly (p<0.05) but didnʹt lead to liver hemorrhage. This research indicated that it is possible to replace soybean used with 25% rapeseed meal in the starter period (0-3 weeks), 50% in the period (4-6 weeks), and 75% in the finisher period (7-8 weeks) without any negative effects.
