Assessments of the Process and Mutation of Limit indices of Temperature and Precipitation in Hormozgan Province

استان ساحلي هرمزگان با تداوم دوره¬ي گرماي زياد و تابستان¬هاي شرجي، بارش كم و تنوعي از مناطقي با ويژگي¬هاي توپوگرافي متنوع، از شرايط اقليمي ويژه¬اي برخوردار است. اين استان همچون ديگر مناطق كشورمان تحت تأثير تغييرات اقليمي حاصل از گرمايش جهاني مي¬باشد و علاوه بر افزايش دما و نوسانات شديد بارش شاهد افزايش بالا رفتن سطح آب دريا، فرسايش كناره¬هاي ساحلي و شور شدن آب¬هاي منطقه مي¬باشد. از اين رو بررسي پارامترهاي اقليمي و تغييرات مقادير حدي آن مي¬تواند در برنامه¬ريزي¬هاي آتي به منظور سازگاري و مقابله با آن مورد استفاده قرار گيرد. در اين مطالعه با استفاده از داده¬هاي ايستگاه¬هاي سينوپتيك منطقه ميانگين¬هاي فصلي و سالانه دما و بارش به همراه مقادير حدي آن¬ها مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. به منظور بررسي همگني داده¬ها از روش رگرسيون چندمرحله¬اي و در تعيين نمايه¬هاي حدي از روش¬هاي مختلف آماري، چندك¬هاي تجربي، نمايه¬هاي درصدي و تعيين نقاط بحراني دوره¬¬ي پايه استفاده شده است. نتايج كلي حاصل از اين بررسي تشديد گرمايش و كاهش بارش در اين استان به همراه افزايش نوسانات شديد بارش و مقادير حدي دما بوده است كه لزوم توجه برنامه¬ريزان استان را به اين مهم مي¬طلبد.

Coastal province of Hormozgan with continuing periods of severe heat and humid summers, low precipitation and variety of regions with different topographic features has a special climatic condition. This province like the other regions of our country is affected by the climatic changes resulting from global warming, and in addition to temperature increase and high oscillation of precipitation, we can see the rising of sea level, erosion of coastal edges and salinity of the regions water. So that, review the climatic parameters and change of its limit values can be used in the future planning for its adaptation and cope with it. In this study, by using the data of synoptic stations of the area, the mean of seasonal and annual temperature and precipitation together with their limit values have been discussed. In order to study the homogeneity of data, multi phases regression method was implemented and different statistical methods, percentage indices and determining the critical points of the basic period have been used for specifying limit values. The overall result obtained from this study has been the increase of heat and decrease of precipitation in this province together with increasing high oscillation of precipitation and limit indices of temperature which necessitates the programmers of the province to consider this important issue.
