ارزيابي شيوه هاي آموزش و تربيت معلمان ابتدايي در نظام آموزش عالي كشور

A Study Method of Elementary School Teachers Training in Teacher Training Center

: با توجه به اين كه يكي از راه¬هاي توسعه آموزش و پرورش، ايجاد زمينه¬هاي مناسب براي آموزش و تربيت معلمان كارآمد مي¬باشد، پژوهش حاضر به ارزيابي شيوه¬هاي آموزش و تربيت معلمان مدارس ابتدايي پرداخته است. براي انجام اين پژوهش از روش مطالعه كمّي و كيفي استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري شامل مديران مدارس ابتدايي، كارشناسان و مدرسان مراكز تربيت معلم شهر قم در سال تحصيلي 88-87 مي¬باشد. براي انتخاب نمونه مديران¬، از روش نمونه¬گيري "طبقه¬اي" متناسب با حجم، و براي تعيين نمونه كارشناسان و مدرسان از روش نمونه¬گيري "هدفمند" استفاده شده است. در اين زمينه ديدگاه¬هاي 162 مدير و20 كارشناس و مدرس مراكز تربيت معلم، كه داراي سوابق برجسته آموزشي بودند، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. روايي سؤالات پرسش¬نامه و مصاحبه، توسط چند نفر از استادان و تعدادي از دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد و دكترا تأييد شده است. پايايي پرسش¬نامه با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرانباخ 87/0 برآورد گرديده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل نتايج حاصل از پرسش¬نامه، از نرم افزار آماري SPSS در دو سطح توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده شد و تجزيه و تحليل مصاحبه با روش مقوله¬بندي انجام گرفت. نتايج به دست آمده حاكي از آن است كه در فرآيند آموزش و تربيت معلمان، بايد به تدوين محتوا و مواد درسي كارآمد و به روز، به كارگيري مدرسان با تجربه و كارآمد، برگزاري دوره‌هاي كارورزي و امكانات و تجهيزات مراكز متناسب با نيازهاي معلمان توجه شود. در اين راستا، به جهت رشد سريع تحولات علمي جهان و نيازهاي روز جامعه، ايجاد حداكثر انعطاف در برنامه¬هاي آموزشي تربيت معلم، به گونه¬اي كه بازنگري و اصلاح و تكميل برنامه¬ها امكان پذير باشد، مورد تأكيد قرار گرفت. در نهايت، پيشنهاد¬هايي براي بهبود آموزش معلمان ابتدايي ارائه شده است.

Considering that teacher is important and the most important factors in the development of effect qualitative education system, the present research have assessed methods of elementary school teacherʹs training. In this research, the quantitative and quality methods of study have been utilized. The statistical population of this research includes the principals of elementary schools, experts, and teachers of teacher training center of Qom in the educational year of 2008-2009. In order to select the principals, classified sampling method was used in congruency with the size; purposeful sampling method was used to determine the expertsʹ sample. In this regard 162 principalsʹ, 20 experts and members of the facultyʹs view analyzed who had a great research background. The validity of the questionnaire and the interview has been confirmed by some of the professors and PhD and M.A students. The reliability of the questionnaire has been estimated in selection as 0.87 respectively, using the Crunbach alpha. In order to analyze the results descriptively and analytically, the SPSS software has been used; in order to analyze the interview, the categorization method has been utilized. The results show that In order to teach and train the teachers, up- to- date and implicational subjects and courses should be prepared, experienced and qualified teachers should be employed, training courses should be held, equipments should be provided in accordance with the teachersʹ needs to improve the generic and technical qualification of both students and teachers. In this regard, using the experience of developed countries (Paying attention to cultural differences); in teacher training programs were underlined to make the reviewing, amending and developing possible. Finally, some recommendations were suggested to improve the training of the elementary teachers.
