مفهوم شناسي فرهنگ به مثابه يك نظام

چكيده هرگونه تعامل فرهنگي مستلزم ارايه تعريفي صريح، جامع و كامل از مقوله فرهنگ است. تعريف فرهنگ به عنوان مفهومي عام كه همچون چتري بر كليه روابط انساني سايه افكنده است، زمينه‌ساز درك عميق از فرهنگ و تحوّلات منتج از آن مي‌گردد. پيرامون چيستي و مفهوم فرهنگ، تعاريف و برداشتهاي گسترده‌اي به عمل آمده است كه در اغلب آنها فرهنگ در برگيرنده مجموعه‌ عناصري است كه بيشتر در قالب حفظ وضع موجود و به تعبير بهتر؛ در راستاي حفظ تعادل نظام عمل مي‌كند. به نظر مي‌رسد در اين تعاريف دو موضوع مورد غفلت واقع شده است؛ نخست: تمركز بر رابطه و پيوند عناصر سازنده فرهنگ و دوم: تمركز بر هدف تعالي‌سازي جامعه به وسيله فرهنگ. بنابراين، رسالت امر ايجاب مي‌كند مهندسي فرهنگي با در نظر گرفتن اين الزامات و عدم چشم‌پوشي از اين تغافلات، ضمن ارايه تعريفي با صلابت و در عين حال منعطف، شفّاف و سيّال از مقدمه فرهنگ، تعالي دنيوي و اخروي جامعه را در برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي راهبردي فرهنگي مد نظر قرار دهد.

Any cultural interaction requires a clear, comprehensive and complete definition of culture. Defining culture as a general notion that covers all human relationships will provide the grounds to profoundly understand culture and the ensuing development. Many definitions and conceptions have been provided on the meaning of culture. In most of these definitions culture embraces a series of elements that act to maintain the status quo or properly preserve the equilibrium of a system. However, it seems that two issues have been neglected in these definitions. First, concentration on the relationship and cohesion of the elements that shape culture, and second, concentration on the goal of directing the society towards sublimity through culture. Thus, in view of these facts, itʹs a mission that cultural engineering, with regard to these requirements and by abstaining from negligence, gives a solid and at the same time flexible, transparent and dynamic definition to the issue of culture, by taking into consideration both the worldly and religious sublimity of the society in the strategic sphere of cultural programming
