بررسي مقايسه‌اي اسانس درمنه (Artemisia herba-alba ) جمع‌آوري شده از رويشگاه‌هاي مختلف در سه مرحله از رشد گياه

A Comparative Study of the Essence of Artemisia Herba-AIba Gathered from Different Vegetatives during Three Stages of Plant Growth

در اين مطالعه اثر تغيير ارتفاع رويشگاه و دوره‌هاي رويشي مختلف بر نوع و مقدار تركيب‌هاي سازنده‌ي روغن اسانسي گياه درمنه با نام علمي Artemisia herba-alba مورد بررسي مقايسه‌اي قرار گرفتند. اندام‌هاي هوايي گياه در سه دوره‌ي رويشي از ارتفاع‌هاي مختلف دره حسن‌آباد در شمال ايران جمع‌آوري شدند. اسانس‌گيري به روش تقطير با آب انجام شد. تجزيه و شناسايي تركيب‌هاي تشكيل‌دهنده‌ي اسانس به وسيله دستگاه‌هاي GC/MS, GC براساس شاخص‌هاي بازداري صورت گرفت. مطابق با نتايج، بازدهي روغن اسانسي از 62/0 تا 16/1 درصد متغير بود. در بين 33 تركيب شناسايي شده- در 89/92 درصد اسانس- تركيبات عمده عبارتند از: 1 و 8- سينيول، بتا- توجان، بورنيول، كامفور، كامفن، ترپينولن و بورنيل استات. تفاوت‌هاي قابل ملاحظه‌اي در بازده اسانس استخراج شده و نيز تركيب‌هاي تشكيل‌دهنده‌ي نمونه‌هاي مختلف ديده مي‌شود. اين تفاوت‌ها تاييد مي‌كنند كه تغييرات اكولوژيك و فنولوژيك، اثرات متفاوتي را بر مسيرهاي بيوسنتز هر يك از تركيب‌هاي شيميايي تشكيل‌دهنده‌ي روغن اسانسي اعمال مي‌نمايند.

In this paper, the effects of change in the height of vegetatives and the different growing periods on the type and amount of compositions of the essence oil of Artemisia Herba-AIba plants were comparatively studied. The aerial parts of plants were collected from different altitudes of Hassan-Abad valley in the north of Iran in three growing periods. The essence extraction was done by the hydro-distillation method. The analysis and identification of essence compositions were made with the GC/MS and GC instruments according to the retention indices. The essence oil yields varied from 62% to 1.16% . Among the 33 identified constituents, with 89 to 92% of essence, the major components consisted of 1 and -8 Cineole, B-Thujone, Borneol, Camphor, Camphene, Therpinolene, and Bornyl Acetate. There were significant differences between the extracted essence yields and also the component compositions of different samples. These differences showed that the ecological and phonological changes had different effects on the biosynthetic pathways of each of the component compositions of essence oil
