عوامل موثر بر اجراي تناوب زراعي توسط كشاورزان بخش حومه شهرستان گرگان

هدف اين تحقيق تعيين عوامل موثر بر اجراي تناوب زراعي توسط كشاورزان بخش حومه شهرستان گرگان بوده است. اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي- همبستگي بوده، جامعه آماري شامل كليه كشاورزان ساكن در 14 روستاي بخش حومه شهرستان گرگان در استان گلستان بوده‎اند كه تعداد آنها بر مبناي اطلاعات موجود 4000 نفر بوده است كه از اين تعداد 350 نفر با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه‎اي با انتساب متناسب به عنوان نمونه‎هاي تحقيق انتخاب شده‌اند. داده‎ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع‎آوري شده و با نرم‎افزار SPSS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. اعتبار محتوايي پرسشنامه با نظرخواهي از اعضاي هيات علمي گروه ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي دانشگاه علوم كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي گرگان و كارشناسان زراعت سازمان جهاد كشاورزي استان گلستان انجام شده و مقدار ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ در مورد پايايي ابزار تحقيق 88/0 بوده است. نتايج تحليل همبستگي نشان داد رابطه معني‎داري با اطمينان 99 درصد بين متغيرهاي سن، تجربه، سطح تحصيلات كشاورزان و مساحت اراضي زير كشت و اجراي تناوب زراعي وجود داشته است. همچنين رابطه معني‎داري با اطمينان 95 درصد بين شركت در كلاس‎هاي ترويجي، تعداد دريافت وام و مدت عضويت در تعاوني‎هاي كشاورزي و اجراي تناوب زراعي وجود داشته است. نتايج مدل رگرسيون لجستيك نشان داد متغيرهاي فاصله مزرعه تا بازار فروش محصولات، تجربه كار كشاورزي، تعداد محصولات زراعي، عضويت در شوراي اسلامي، وسعت اراضي آبي، شركت در كلاس‎هاي آموزشي- ترويجي، تعداد محصولات تحت پوشش بيمه و فاصله محل سكونت تا مركز خدمات به عنوان مهمترين عوامل متمايزكننده دو گروه مجري و غير مجري عمليات تناوبي در مجموع توانسته‎اند 4/95 درصد از كل پاسخگويان را به درستي تفكيك كنند. برگزاري دوره‎هاي آموزشي و استمرار برنامه‎هاي بيمه محصولات كشاورزي با هدف استمرار كاربرد عمليات تناوب زراعي از جمله پيشنهادهاي اين مطالعه است.

The purpose of this study was to demonstrate factors affecting the implementation of crop rotation by farmers in the suburbs of Gorgan Township. The methodological approach was a descriptive-co relational one and the target population consisting of 4000 resident farmers in 14 villages in the suburbs of Gorgan Township, Golestan province. Using systematic classified random sampling method, 350 farmers were chosen. Data were collected through filling up of questionnaires and analyzed through SPSS, V.11. The content and face validity of the instrument were obtained by the faculty members of Agricultural Extension and Education Department, Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources as well by the agronomy Specialists Board of the Agricultural Jihad Organization, Golestan province. The reliability analysis was conducted and Cronbach`s alpha value determined as 0.88. The results obtained from correlation analysis indicated that there are significant relationships (99%) between the variables of: age, experience, literacy level of farmers and cultivated area and (95%) between variables of: attendance in extension classes, number of credits received as borrows and duration of membership in agricultural cooperation and crop rotation implementation. Also the results of forward stepwise logistic regression model indicated that some of the discriminative factors are consisted of farm distance from market place of the products, experience in agriculture, number of agricultural products produced, membership in the Islamic Council, extent of irrigated lands, attendance in extension and education classes, number of agricultural products under insurance coverage and home distance from support center could appropriately classify 95.4 percent of the respondents. For a continuation of crop rotation operations, this study recommends the execution of educational activities as well as a continuation of insurance programs for agricultural productions.
