تاثير پلاسماي سرد روي كالاي پنبه اي رنگ شده با رنگ هاي راكتيو

در اين تحقيق نمونه كالاي پنبه¬اي سفيدگري شده را با رنگينه هاي راكتيو سرد و گرم رنگرزي شده، سپس نمونه¬هاي رنگرزي شده را تحت شرايط پلاسما با گاز نيتروژن در زمان¬هاي1 و 5 دقيقه قرار گرفته، و تأثير پلاسما در مورفولوژي سطحي با استفاده از ميكروسكوپ الكترونيSEM مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. ميزانK/S و L*a*b* با استفاده از اسپكتروفوتومتر انعكاسي ارزيابي شد. نتايج آزمايشات نشان داد، نمونه رنگ شده با راكتيو سرد و گرم از ثبات رنگي برخوردار بوده ولي بعد از شرايط شستشو با افزايش زمان عمليات پلاسما ثبات رنگ تا حدي كاهش مي¬يابد. هـمچنين افـزايش زمـان عمليات پلاسما در فشار ثابت، اثر تخريب در مورفولوژي سطحي نمونه¬هاي رنگ شده با راكتيو گرم و سرد را بيشتر مي كند. در نهايت، تستATR چگونگي اثر عمليات پلاسما را در تعيين ثبات رنگ و تغيير گروههاي عاملي موجود در كالا در بعد از شستشو نشان مي¬دهد.

In this paper, we make coloration white cotton goods samples with cold and hot reactive dye, then the colorated samples are taken under the condition of plasma with nitrogen gas in the times of 1 to 5 minutes and then we survey the influence of plasma on the surface morphology by Scanning Electron Microscopy. By the using of reflector spectrophotometer we estimate L*a*b* & K/S. these studies implies that the colored sample with cold and hot reactive have dye stability but after washing, with the increasing the time of plasma experience, the dye stability decreases. Also with increasing the time of plasma experience in the firm pressure, the influence of destruction on the surface morphology of dyed with cold and hot reactive samples increase. Finally, we can show the effect of plasma experience on the determination dye stability and variation of functional groups in the goods is done by test ATR-FTIR
