راه‌بردها و راه‌كارهاي فرهنگي دولت زمينه‌ساز در رويارويي با جنگ نرم

Cultural strategies and techniques of Government which is setting the scene for Appearance to deal with the ʹsoft warʹ

اين نوشتار با تأمل در روايات، وضعيت فرهنگي جهان در عصر ظهور را ترسيم مي‌كند و از آن ره‌گذر، به اقدامات اصلاحي امام مهدي? در عرصة فرهنگ و نيز روش امام? در رويارويي با ناهنجاري‌هاي فرهنگي و ايجاد انقلاب فرهنگي اشاره مي‌كند. در ادامه، وضعيت فرهنگي جهان در عصر حاضر و پديدة جنگ نرم بازنگري مي‌شود و از كنار هم قرار دادن و مقايسه اين دو وضعيت با هم و نيز با الهام از عملكرد و روش امام?، دو راه‌برد اساسي بصيرت‌دهي و معرفت‌بخشي براي مقابله با انواع هجمه‌هاي فرهنگي دشمنان و نيز راه‌كارهاي عملياتي كردن آنها پيشنهاد شده است كه البته اجراي آنها بر عهدة دولت زمينه‌ساز خواهد بود.

Reflecting in the traditions, this article, draws on the worldʹs cultural situation in the era of Appearance. From this perspective, Imam Mahdiʹs reform measures in the cultural sphere and the method of Imam facing cultural anomalies and creating a Cultural Revolution has been discussed. Next, the cultural situation in the world today and the phenomenon of ʹsoft warʹ is reviewed. From putting together and comparing these two situations and inspired by the performance and methods of Imam, two basic strategies of awareness-raising and enlightening are suggested to deal with the cultural clash of the enemies and their operational solutions have been proposed. Surely, the government setting the scene for Appearance should assume this responsibility.
