چكيده فارسي :
در جهان امروز، آموزش كليد رشد و توسعه كشورها به شمار مي‌آيد. كشورهايي كه با برنامه‌ريزي و سرمايه‌گذاري مناسب، به استانداردسازي شاخص‌هاي رشد و توسعه در آموزش همت گمارده‌اند رشد و توسعه اقتصادي و اجتماعي را نيز از آن خود ساخته‌اند. بيش از صد سال است كه آموزش از دور به عنوان شيوه‌اي پويا براي ارايه دوره‌هاي تحصيلي به دانش‌آموزان و دانشجوياني كه قادر به شركت در كلاس‌هاي سنتي در محيط مدرسه و دانشگاه نيستند خدمت كرده است. روش‌هاي ارايه‌ي آموزش از دور به عنوان روشي اساسي در كاهش موانع دسترسي به فرصت‌هاي آموزشي مورد توجه قرارگرفته است. در سال‌هاي اخير با پيشرفت فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات، افزايش چشمگيري در استفاده از آموزش از دور در جهان بوجود آمده است. اين طريق از ارايه طبيعت جمعيت دانش‌آموزي را نيز تغيير داده است. آموزش از دور به طور فزاينده‌اي در حال تبديل شدن به شكلي پذيرفته از يادگيري است. كشورهايي كه نكات قوت اين نوع آموزش را دريافته‌اند از اين شيوه آموزش در رشد و توسعه بهره جسته‌اند؛ چين يكي از اين كشورهاست. در اين مقاله سعي شده است تاريخچه، ضرورت، اهداف، انواع و آينده آموزش از دور در چين توصيف شود.
چكيده لاتين :
In todayʹs world, education is considered as a key factor to development of countries. Countries, which have tried to standardize development indicators in education through appropriate programming and investments, have also devoted social and economic growth to themselves. For more than one hundred years, distance education has been recognized as a helpful and active approach in presenting educational courses to students who are not able to participate in traditional classes in school or university. Approaches for presenting distance education have been taken into consideration as a fundamental process in reducing obstacles to access educational opportunities. In recent years with progress in the information and communication technology, the use of distance education has increased remarkably. This way of presenting has also changed the nature of the student population. Distance education has been increasingly converting to an acceptable form of learning. Countries which have realized the strong points of this type of education have taken advantage of this educational approach in development; China is one of these countries. This article aims to describe the history, necessity, objectives, types and future of distance education in China.
