كاربردهاي نادرست حمل اوّلي و شايع

حمل اوّلي و شايع را در حلّ بسياري از مسايل فلسفي به‌كار برده‌اند كه برخي از آن‌ها كاربرد نادرست اين دو حمل است. برخي از اين كاربردها، به شبهات فلسفي و پارادوكس‌هاي منطقي مربوط مي‌شود و برخي ديگر را مي‌توان در مباحث مستقل فلسفي يافت: 1. شبهه اخبار از معدوم مطلق، 2. اشكالات وجود ذهني، 3. معمّاي جذر اصم و پارادوكس راسل، 4. پارادوكس اشاره به گيومه و پارادوكس مفهوم اسب، 5. دليل اين‌كه چرا حدّ تام را به كلّيّات خمس نيفزوده‌اند، 6. دليل اينكه چرا محصورات نيازمند وجود موضوع‌اند، و 7. اثبات اصالت وجود با نظر به مبحث حمل. در اين مقاله، با تحليل فرامرز قراملكي از حمل اوّلي و شايع در منطق جديد، نشان داده‌ايم كه كاربردهاي هفت‌گانه يادشده همگي دچار نوعي خطا و لغزش منطقي‌اند.

The distinction between Primitive Predication and Common Predication is applied to solve some problems at Islamic philosophy, some of which are incorrect in our point of view. Some of the problems contain paradoxes and some others include independent philosophical discussions: 1. stating about absolute non-existents, 2. problems of subjective existence, 3. Liar Paradox and Russell’s paradox, 4. the paradox of “referring by quotation marks” and the paradox of horse, 5. why “complete definition” is not regarded as one of “the five universals,” 6. why quantified propositions need the existence of their subjects, and 7. a proof of the nobility of existence by dint of the kinds of predication. In this paper, by resorting to Faramarz Qaramleki’s analysis of Primitive Predication and Common Predication, I show that the seven applications are all involved by some fallacies.
