The Social Sustainability Principals of Residential Complexes In the Iranian-Islamic Cities

در دهههاي پاياني قرن بيستم و شروع قرن بيست و يكم، پايداري به عنوان يكي از مباحث مطرح در كليه عرصهها، بهويژه در عرصه فضاهاي شهري و معماري مطرح بوده است. اين موضوع ميتواند از طريق سه مولفه اقتصادي، زيستمحيطي و اجتماعي در كنار يكديگر به تعادل برسد. وجه اقتصادي معمولاً به علت انگيزههاي مالي و انتفاعي توسط سرمايهگذاران رعايت ميگردد. حتي در اغلب اوقات به حد افراط مورد توجه قرار مي?گيرد و چه بسا مشكلاتي را از اين براي سبب ميشود. مسايل زيست محيطي نيز به فراخور هر جامعه براي خود ضوابطي دارد و مورد توجه واقع ميشود، اما آنچه مغفول ميماند وجه اجتماعي توسعه است. در پژوهش و مقاله حاضر، اصول پايداري مجتمعهاي مسكوني از بعداجتماعي شامل عدالت، زيباشناسي، راحتي، آسايش، امنيت و رشد كودكان، هويت اجتماعي و ساير مسايل مشابه در شهرهاي ايراني-اسلامي مورد بررسي قرار ميگيرد. در اين راستا پايداري اجتماعي مجتمعهاي مسكوني از نظر جامعه متخصصان و صاحبنظران ايراني تحت بررسي قرار گرفته تا تجربه?هاي ارزشمند آكادميك و حرفهاي آنان از يك سو و تجربه زندگي آنها در مجتمعهاي مسكوني از سوي ديگر ثبت و تلفيق شود و با تجزيه و تحليل نظريه?هاي دريافت شده، عوامل موثر در اصول پايداري مجتمعهاي مسكوني استخراج گردد. روش تحقيق به كار گرفته شده، روش پيمايشي از نوع پيمايشي اكتشافي است كه بر مبناي تحليل، توصيف و استخراج نتايج حاصل از پرسش?نامهها و كشف اصول پايداري و روابط بين اين اصول از ديد جامعه صاحب?نظران انجام ميگيرد تا در نهايت، اصول نظري پايداري مجتمعهاي مسكوني تعيين شود. در مرحله بعد، با مقايسه آن با واقعيت خارجي ميتوان به اصول عملي و راهكارهاي معماري دست يافت. اين مهم از طريق تحقيقات ميداني و تنظيم پرسشنامه ساكنان مجتمعها انجام خواهد گرفت كه در آينده به آن پرداخته خواهد شد.

In the late decades of the twentieth century and early twenty-first century , sustainability has been one of the most prominent discussions in all areas especially in the architectural and urban spaces. This can be balanced by putting together 3 economic, environmental and society ele¬ments. Economic aspect is typically respected because of financial and profiting reasons by in¬vestors. Even though , in most cases, it is exteremly noticed and may give rise to some problems. Environmental subjects also have certain regulations and are noticed, but what is neglected is the social aspect of development. In the present research and article, the principles of sustainabil¬ity of residential complexes are studied from the social dimension including : justice, aestheti- cism, comfort, welfare, security and childrenʹs growth, social identity and other similar issues in Islamic-Iranian cities. In line with this idea, the social sustainability of residential complexes is surveyed from the viewpoint of Iranian experts and authorities to record and combine their valu¬able academic and professional experiences on one hand, and their life experiences in residential complexes on the other hand. Then through analyzing the resulting ideas, effective factors in sustainability bases of residential complexes are extracted. This is a research of an exploratory survey type which is performed on the basis of analysis, description and extraction of question¬nairesʹ outcomes and discovery of sustainability bases and relations among them from the view¬point , of authorities and social scientists to determine sustainable theoretical bases of residential complexes. In the next stage, comparing it with external facts, it will be possible to obtain scien¬tific principles and architectural solutions. This purpose will be accomplished through regional research and organizing questionnaire among the inhabitants of complexes. These matters will come under consideration later.
