Study of effect of physiological stress on Cortisol and muscle compounds in Stizostedion lucioperca

In this researeh, stress physiological effects on muscle compound and cortisoneʹs hormonal varitions for Zander are being analysed, samplings of this project varitions under stress conditons as well as biochemical changer referring to muscle tissue. when zanders were put under stressful conditions type chronic handcingʹ rate of their muscle compounds (protein, fat, humidity, ash) and also cortisoneʹs hormonal varitions were measured for two seasons namely Autumn and Winter, during 4 periods of sampling and measuring in realtion to cortisoneʹs hormonal functuations, rate of plasma cortisone for fishʹs blood showed an significant increase (p<0.05). this rate for stressed fish to witness fish is comparable, during 4 periods of sampling, rate of protein has a total significant inerease (p <0.05) is meaning a decreased signifcant rate of humidity witleh resulted in our experiment.
