A Model for Network Policy-Making in I.R.I Police

Benefitting from policey and decision making networks is a process recommended in the good governance paradigm in order to overcome the challenges related to the complex relations in the organizations. The present study amims at investigating theories and the effects of environmental requirements of the organization on the modification of organizationʹ performance in policy-making methods and tendency toward using network models. Findings of the study shows that the organization management should make changes in structural, management, and culutural levels of the organization in order to implement network ideas in the organization.
