Evaluation of I.R.I. Police personnel maintainance from personnel and commanderʹs view points

Human resource Is the basic capital of the organization. If the organization does not plan to get prepared for the maintainance of its personnel, great challenges will appear and inefficient, unmotivated personnel would be the result. The present study seeks to evaluate the personnel maintainance of I.R.I police from commanders and personnelʹs point of view. I.R.I police personnel were the population of the study from which the statistical sample was vandomely selected . Questionaire was used to collect the required data. The findings of the study demonstrate that the overall grade of the maintainance of I.R.I police personnel was lower than average.
