چكيده لاتين :
The most important success factor for implementing the enterprise resource planning projects is to be prepared to accept the change and evolution. On the other hand, one of the major results that organizations encounter in these kinds of changing projects is resistance to change. In this research, Thinking Process is considered a systematic method for determining resistance to change in ERP project. Research method is qualitative case study in Esfahan Steel Company and study topic is its ERP management system. Interview, study of documentary, and observation are used based on priorities for data gathering. The interviews are documented without any changes, in the form of electronics files so that it could be used for an easy in Atlas/ti application. In this research the process of ERP change was realized first and its specifications are categorized based on researcherʹs findings, then based on three fundamental questions of thinking process and resistance layers in each phase of change, resistance factors which are effectual on accepting the change during ERP project development have been identified; then analyzed and adjusted based on the model.
