ANALYSIS AND CLASSIFICATION OF KEY FAILURE FACTORS OF BPR PROJECTS

In this paper, by reviewing the literature of failure analysis in implementing BPR projects, categorizing them into subgroups and identifying failure factors in A new approach, the most important and influential factors in BPR projects are identified and, after designing a questionnaire and gathering expertsʹ ideas about the most important factors of failure in BPR, the major reasons were analyzed. So, by considering the results of this research, important BPR failure factors are extracted, the noticing of which is vital in implementing BPR projects.
