AN EXECUTIVE MODEL FOR OPTIMAL ACHIEVEMENT OF ORGANIZATION VISION, USING GOAL PROGRAMMING

Organization Vision represents the desired image and achievable ideal in the given time future .Appropriately setting key Performance Indicators (KPIs) targets that are in Harmony with the organization goals and efficiently utilizing organization resources are of vital requirements in achieving organization vision. KPIs are the most important process performance indicators, and improving them will cause achieving goals and organization vision. This, of course, needs utilizing organization resources. Hence, setting the optimal combination of KPIs targets has an vital role in optimizing the way to the vision .In this paper, a goal programming model for setting KPIs targets is presented for optimal achieving of organization vision especially industrial and economical firms.
