Permanent Epicardial Pacemaker Generator Migration (A case report)

Pace maker is used to compensate the difficulty in production of heart impulse. Migration of epicardial leads and abdominally placed generators, a very uncommon finding, is a potentially serious complication and has been associated with infection, diarrhea and stimulation of the surrounding structure.
